Uninstall problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi.. anyone of you came across a problem when you try to uninstall program from your PPC
it said "[program name] was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the list of installed programs?"
You say "yes" or "no" the program doesn't apparently removed from your device at all.

I tried to manually remove the folder but those link and icon still floating around.
When I try to reinstall the program again, it created another icon with name suffix with "(1)"

Any idea to overcome this? Is it a Microsoft's bug or a bad third party software? (I don't think RealOne is that bad)
