My apologies,
Yes the devices have storage cards in them. I will make that setting
change and see what happens but with most of my users wanting more of
thier email on the device than they need I have to send the attachments
to the storage card. Also the message that pops up is a windoews media
player message.

Ive been back and forth with Verizon and Audiovox and no support from
Microsoft.
When ever I open any type of audio file specifically an email that
contains a voice mail wav from my exchange account upon closing the
email a message pops up that asks if I want to save the file to my SD
card. Answering yes or no will not make the box go away. The device
will freeze and a soft reset is the only solution.
This is happening to 50% of the devices I have rolled out
Specs: AUDIOVOX XV6700 Windows Mobile 5
Hmm, I had that pop-up come up when I added music to an SD card through a
card reader rather than through active sync.
OK have you actually left the device alone to see if it does anything
besides lock up. Are you able to play the WAV file before you close the
email message? As in, are the wav files being downloaded and played ont he
device, before this message comes up?
