AS 4.x lets me connect a handheld via USB to a "desktop" and access
the Internet via that connection. I don't think earlier versions of
ActiveSync did that. If they did, I'm quite sure they didn't do it
nearly so nicely. Much as I like this feature, I'm not sure it's worth
upgrading.
