Why both? Is there some indication that AS4.x does anything worthwhile for
pre-WM5 users? Other than making them more sucure by eliminating their
ability to sync via WiFi?

I'd do both upgrades, particularly the WM2003SE one, to get seamless
landscape compliance.

I have an Acer n30b, with WM 2003. I use Active Sync 3.8 to interface it
with my PC and am wondering what the advantages are of upgrading it to
version 4.1.
Also, should I step up to WM2003 Second edition ?
Thanks in advance.
Mike
