Depending on the type of car/radio you have you may even be able to
hard wire to your cars head unit for best audio quality. There are
several companies that sell mod-kits/adapters to your car radio head
unit, a good search on your model will find them on the web.
A good option for power is a 12VDC cigarette lighter to USB adapter
with a retractable sync/charge cable sold by many places like Boxwave,
PPCTechs, JavoEdge,etc
An all in one solution are some products from RoadMaster like the VR3
FM Modulator. It allows the use of a USB port to play digital audio
files from a USB source while supplying power. I use the USB port to
power my Pocket PC and the 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable to my Pocket PC audio
out. A great solution for around $25 from Target, Costco, etc.

Some other great solutions are mounts from Arkon that include charging
for your Pocket PC
