wireless internet radio

How about using a handheld PC as an internet radio?
I've looked at the internet radio which is on the market
[http://www.acoustic-energy.co.uk/Product_range/WiFi_radio/WiFi.asp]
which
uses your wireless connection but this doesn't allow me to use the
'listen
again' links I use so much with the BBC.
Can't justify having a laptop set up permanently for the job - and it
takes
up too much space.
So if I had a handheld PC, with plugged in power supply and a set of PC
speakers - what do you think?
Simple to use? Quick initial boot up? FM quality sound?
Any thoughts gratefully recieved
Cheers, Sean
.
