Most likely you had set both settings to "work"

Tapped "My Work Network" then Edit and then Proxy Settings (tab) | and
checked "This network connects to the Internet" only, then tap ok. Set both
setting to "My Work Network" tap ok tap X and soft reset.

I have a IPAQ 4700 and I just upgraded then downgraded back to WM2003SE. I
am having problems connecting to the internet and my lan at the same time.

can either access my file server if i select WORK bu no internet or If i
select Internet I cannot access my work. I used to be able to access both
internet and my network at the same time. I have forgotten how I did this
before, can someone help

PS WM5 is a pile of CR** it is sooo bug ridden and SLOW even with the
patch
to speed it up. BAH wast of 40 dollars!
