Can't you enter commas , or a p for pause to enabvle the pause??

E.g. My voicemail system is set as: 7000 p7079#7970#

Hello again. I have the voice command feature for the pocket PC. We
have a daily conference call for work, where you dial the number, wait
for the prompt, and enter in the passcode. Is there some kind of auto
dialer Windows mobil has where I can call the conference number, have
it pause for say 5 seconds, and then automatically dial the
passcode/extension? I believe blackberry's have this functionality.
