Yes look at my screenshots and see that I am using the Jornada 720 to
network with my ibook, access my Unix server, among other things.

Awesome screenies! Thats exactly what I was looking towards and will
surely
use the J720 for similiar type stuff (fileshares, making use of the
terminal
emulator, etc). I ordered a J720 a couple days ago and am currently just
(anxiously) waiting for it to arrive. :^)
