Try MemMaid. It's got a Storage Usage tab, which can display as a TreeView
or as a chart. I was just checking out mine today.

Hi folks,
I'm continually running low on storage memory, and trying to figure out
what data is using most of the space. Is there a program similar to the
PC's Treesize which will scan the memory of the PDA and show where it's
being used? (in terms of files and folders) PDAs never seem to be great at
reporting exactly what is using memory. Further confused by the tree
structure that Activesync shows.
Also is there a way to move My Documents, other than just copying the
files elsewhere? I assume that My Documents is located in PDA's main
memory, which seems a slightly daft design idea (unless you have no other
storage of course).
TIA
.
