Open Notes is extremely slow on WM5 (DELL AXIM v51x)

Hi,

I got DELL Axim v51x pocket pc. I didn't load any program on it. It's
responding slow after I sync with my outlook. Calendar and contacts
function is ok. Only when I run Notes, it take about 10 to 20 mins to
open the edit windows or get the list of notes items show up.
There are hundreds notes items in my desktop outlook.

Anyway, It's running very fast after I reset and cleaned up all notes
items from the pocket pc. But it's almost empty (No data loaded) in
that time.

I'm wondering the problem is because of my setting or the limitation of
WM5 and Pocket PC.
Whether I can optimize the performance by changing some setting on PPC?
If I move all of Notes item to the SD or CF card, could I get better
performance?
