To my knowledge it is (a big no-no). Most newsgroups I visit prefer
bottom-posting (/and/ trimmed quotes). Ctrl+End takes you to the
bottom quickly and scrolling can be done with the help of the spacebar
(even in OE). It seems more logical too.
