use a card reader... they are between $10-$20 for multi format readers

put your 512 into the reader, copy everything in the card's root and paste it into an empty folder on the pc.

once done, put the sd card in the reader, copy everything in that folder and paste it into the root of the SD card.

Tip... before you start, set file explorer to "show all files" so the copy will get all program's system and hidden files.
