I get your ads for new software versions where you want money, but not the
upgrade notification. It kind of shows that you do have my email address,
and I haven't changed my email address for several years. This is not the
first time this has happened- I got one notification after asking in the
past then it stopped again. No, you are not in a spam trap.

I have not heard of these issues with Agenda Fusion. Of course that is also
subjective, as are the reports that it is faster than PI and that those
users *do* get update notifications without additional prompting or excuses
about spam traps. And I haven't heard of support issues about them.

It seems I am expected to re-register for your messages after receipt of
one. Shame you are letting down what is otherwise a good program for the
sake of a little support.
