ok....the service rep i talked to knew about the problem, the work around,
and that they were waiting for a fix from MS for a proper fix ....maybe
i talked to rep who actually had a unit and knew what was going on :P

....i guess depending on what's apps you r running on your unit, ...that
was the only problem (so far) i've had with my unit (hx2795) ..all else
is working ok...is certainly difficult to troubleshoot the unit with
everyone
running their own environment.......obvious statement, i know :P
....agreed the activesync fix is just a workaround and the HP rep mentioned
that to me until they get a proper fix from MS

yep...agree as well .....that's MS for you...they usually get it right
around the 3rd or 4th
service pack......then they bring out the latest great "new" OS and the
cycle starts all over
again ...monopolies....ugh~~~~~~~~~~~ ...and good OS or not, all
manufacturers
rush it out the door to be the first one with an available product~~~~ yep,
it's
us holding the bag~~~~~~~
