No, at least not just by getting a BT dongle for the PC. PPCs typically
don't support printing in the first place. If the third party printing
solution does support BT then yes, but it doesn't neccesarily have to
support it via the desktop. In fact most that do support BT do so assuming
the printer is BT enabled.

Yup

Nope. BT is a bit different than a regular wired or ethernet connection. It
is based on profiles that define what sort of things can happen. There are
Headset/handsfree profiles to work with headsets, like with a phone, there
are OBEX (Object Exchange) profiles that provide the ability to send and
receive files (objects), there are serial profiles that are used for things
like GPS receivers and ActiveSync. To do audio, typically you would want
what is called the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile, A2DP, which isn't
supported on most PPCs. There is also a PAN, personal area network, profile
that might be used to stream music, but I don't think it really has the
bandwidth, nor is it set up to support that sort of thing on either the PC
or PPC.
If you want to stream music, you would be better of starting with WiFi.
