Ipaq 5450 wont connect to internet via, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi

Hey all,

I have an ipaq 5450/5455 that just will not connect to any wi-fi networks or
bluetooth dial up connections. When looking for Wi-Fi, it shows as a
networked connected (when in a area with Wi-fi), but, I keep getting the
error of not being able to connect or get an ip. When I am connected via
activesync on the desktop, I am able to browse the web on the ipaq fine.

When connecting via Bluetooth, it connects to the cell phone, the phone
connects then it just drops. This I am willing to get working later but, the
Wi-fi thing is a big problem.

Any suggestions or places to start ??
