MS Voice Command (VC) does not support inputting commands over Bluetooth
headsets. That is, you can't hit a button on the headset and then supply
commands via the BT link. You should be able to have a BT headset paired,
and activate VC with a button on the PPCPE and have it dial the number, at
which time the phone should transfer the call to the headset.
There are some hacks on some devices that allow commands to be issued from
the headset. In my experience, in some cases that fools the phone into
thinking a call is in progress making it inappropriate to initiate a call,
though you can issue other commands, show a contact, play a song, open an
app.
There are phones that support a voice recognition feature that can be
accessed over a BT headset. In some cases a hack substituting VC for the
software the phone normally opens in the registry, provides the capability
to use VC to initiate a call.
Bottom line, is it is not a built in feature, but it is possible to make it
work in some cases.
