From the other posts you can probably assume that you aren't in a relevant newsgroup for your question.
After talking to someone in an associated industry the answer would seem to be no.

www.mathworks.com includes information in the help area you may find useful, they have a program that can calculate what you want but as with all specialist software it isn't cheap.
