Activesync 4.1 and LAN/WiFi Sync

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

MS states:

'Remote PC Sync (via Wifi or LAN) has been removed due to Enterprise
customer feedback around security issues. If you are using this feature on a
Windows Mobile 2003-based device, please continue using ActiveSync 3.x or
earlier.'

Where do MS get their feedback from? I think MS are doing the same old
thing of trying to 'push' the customer with its way of thinking.....

Any possibility of a 'non-Enterprise Customer' version of Activesync 4.1? I
doubt it...........
