Activesync 4.1 picks up email from the wrong mailbox

I know this sounds nuts and I am amazed but I have just setup my
PPC6700 to activesync 4.1 on to my SBS2003 exchange server. I am
logged into my pc as administrator but connect to outlook with your
mailbox name. In activesync i have my mailbox acct and it syncs with
exchange but i am not getting my email, I am getting the mailbox of a
co-worker. How can this be possible?
