This was almost an every day problem with old iPAQs, for example 5400 and
5500 series. I had my company's h5550 in maintenance for three times, and
after that they gave up and send me a brand new hx4700. With this model I
haven't had problems any more.
It seems some customers are getting real s*it quality from HP, and others
are more lucky.
