My suggestion is that you take one of the employees phones that doesn't need all the extras. ;)
Like Allen mentioned, there is software that will help for some of the differences but everything. You will need to by a WiFi card to get wireless.
Just wait till one of your employees puts there phone down and convertly do the swap! ;)

I received an O2 XDA2 with MS Pocket PC V4.20.0 Build 13252. I then bought another 10 O2 XDA2i's for the other employees, which have Windows Mobile 2003 SE V4.21.1088 Build 14235.2.0.0.
I've noticed that the XDA2i's have a lot more features than mine (GPRS Monitor, Wireless- mine doesn't have a wireless feature!, Windows Media Player 10, etc). Am I able to upgrade MY PPC to these latest apps?
Also, how do I enable Wireless on my XDA2 or is this a new feature with the XDA2i?
