PPC2003 & MS High-Encryption Pack

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am chasing some advice, I have purchased a new IPAQ 6515 with PPC2003
as a
replacement to a previous model. Whilst setting it up I installed the
MS
High Encryption Pack not realising PPC2003 already had 128-bit
encryption for
SSL and subsequently read that this app should not be applied to 2003
models.
I know find that I cannot access (via GPRS) any websites or servers
requiring SSL. The message say "Cannot connect to incoming mail server"
when
trying to connect to IMAP mail or "Page not found" when trying to log
into
Hotmail...I know this can be done as several of my colleagues can
perform
this functions.

I also can't uninstall the MS High-Encryption Pack from the devices and
it
states "the following files are in use or read only:
\\windows\rsaenh.dll &
\\windows\schannel.dll"

Have I completely stuffed the SSL component?...Can it be fixed?...Help??

.
