Not likely.

Just install Outlook for use with your PPC and keep using
Outlook Express for everything else.

They co-exist just fine together-I use OE for day-to-day
stuff and Outlook for stuff destined specifically for the
PPC. No trouble at all. There was a question during the install
of Outlook where you could make a choice to keep
both of them...can't remember it specifically, but you'll
know it when you see it.
