Do you guys think this a good offer, I mean is it a old modell and they

Well in my opinion, for what it's worth, it's not a bad specification.

I'd only be bothered about three things.

First the lack of a VGA screen. But on the other hand Windows 2003SE supports full VGA so poorly without lots of tweaking that it's a hard call to be too bothered about it.

Second, is it going to be upgradable to WM5 when it ships, and I suspect that's a no.

It doesn't have a Compact Flash slot, only a single SD/MMC? Is that something you'd feel you want?

On the UK site this system is on sale for £196 but the 50v is on sale for £304 and has none of the drawbacks I mention above.

Having said that it'll do everything my 4700 does on a daily basis only for less than half I paid for my iPaq.
