Pocket PC to CellPhone for Internet Access

Hi,

I have a Nokia 6822 and a HP Ipaq Pocket PC. Both devices have
Bluetooth. I attempt to pair the devices but each time the phone says
it is unable to connect due to security settings. I have reset the
phone back to factory setting but still the same error message is
received.

Any help would be great.
