Re: Transferring ActiveSync data to new computer

Make sure you have a copy of your .PST file if usind Outlook instead of
Exchange. The default location for the .PST file is not My Documents. If you
copy this file to your new computer, all your PIM data (Calendar, Contacts,
Tasks) will be moved across. When you create a new partnership simply
instruct ActiveSync to overwrite this data on your Pocket PC - otherwise
things will be duplicated.

As for programs, yes they are already on your Pocket PC, and will show in
the list to remove only, not to reinstall. If you need to reinstall the
programs you will need the original installer, but you will need it if there
is the need to reinstall.
