Duplicate icons

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have a Qtek 2020i. I installed a program, it had some problems, I
uninstalled it an retinstalled it again. Now it works fine but on the
programs screen my Qtek shows two identical icons of the program: one of
them works, the other doesn´t.
Anyone knows how to remove the non working doubled icon?
