sync ability impaired

The tiny "board" inside the slot in the bottom of my Toshiba e755 has broken and the wires that were attached to it, the ones that make contact with a cradle or cable, are bent and broken (I had to straighten them just to get it to turn on). As a result I cannot connect the unit to either a cradle or sync cable to connect it to a PC. The unit has a separate input for a charging cord so I can still charge the battery. And it has wireless capabilities and slots for both CF and SD.

My question is, is there some other way I can install software on this PPC without having it synced to a PC? The unit works fine in all other ways except being able to sync so I'd hate to quit using it if I can work around the sync issue. I can move files either via wireless or on the cards, if needed.
