If you're ok testing this software on Windows Mobile 5.0, then you can
download their standalone emulators. They don't require SDK or Visual Studio
installed on your computer, and will give you full functionality. If you
want to install any programs you can download and install ActiveSync 4.0
Developer Preview so it can even ActiveSync with your computer:
