ActiveSync pref's

I've been using a pocket pc for a couple of months. Love it.
I work for a company, and I go into that office 2 days a week, the
rest of the time I work from home, go see customers, etc.
The problem.
I update my pocket pc in the field. when I go to the office or back
home, I want those changes put on my desktops. I have no problem with
contacts as they update both of the desktops just fine, but the
Calendar has a mind of it's own. It updates from the desktops, thus
loosing what I've done in the field. I have enough sense to write
things in a paper dateminder, but want to stop doing this. I also
backup the calendar on the pocket pc before I connect, so I can put
things back... But I've been told that the 2 computers that I have a
partnership with will take orders from the pocket pc in the calendar
area as well as the contacts. I'm using ActiveSync 3.7.3.1 on both
desktops.
Any suggestions?
