Ipaq 4700 and CPU speed control menu

Since I've had my new Ipaq4700 I couldn't understand why it doesn't have
the "classical" menu where you can choose different CPU speeds, like
normal, turbo and so on...
Doesn't it need it because of its CPU's speedstep like capabilities?
