advanced windows 2003 config--->need help

Hi all.

I imagine, that windows 2003 mobile, has like any other M$ OS config files
that you can edit, for example for avoid a program tu run at startup, or so,
like the ones you edit with msconfig in XP.

My question is: Is there any utility that allow you to tweak those files??

I got a program(Agile Messenger) that i can't uninstall, because it runs in
backgruound at startup, so you can't stop it from the Memory>... app.

Anyone knows???
