I've seen this happening in a variety of cases. I had another site using my
images and denying it after I've sent them an e-mail.

Make sure you have a printed version of both sites. A PDF generator is a
good tool for this, use www.pdf995.com for example.

Contact their webmaster and ask to remove the content. If he/she refuses,
contact their hosting provider with evidence. Either send to their helpdesk
or abuse@... make sure you send evidences and tell them that this is a
copyright violation. If the offending site is hosted in the US invoke the
DMCA and their hosting will have to either have that removed or unplug the
whole domain.

I've done this in a couple of cases and had success. If this fails, then
send an e-mail with a copy via registered mail, asking for the content to be
removed. Otherwise go to a small claims court.
