That is my experience also ... solution is having the book in main memory.
However, MS Reader does not work correctly if it is necessary to have the
book in main memory. The entire idea behind cards is to free up your main
memory. So, I use Convert Lit to convert books to another format, put them
on the card and have them work correctly. Seems to me if other reader
programs can work reading books from a card that MS should be able to fix
their program so it can too.
