Although this is not my field of expertise, I'm not aware of a good
freeware solution (may be someone else?). But I've read some good
reports on Biomobility's Data on the Run 4
(http://www.biomobility.com/dotr4.htm). They have a trial version, so
you can check it out and see if it's worth its price.
