Hi. Am trying to break in a new laptop as my second activesync computer.
It is running XP with SP2 (but is missing the bluetooth icon, co i can't
seem to try my bluetooth dongle)...so am trying to sync with my iPAQ 4355
over my wireless network. The iPAQ sees the computer and vice versa and
they say 'connected' (I first set up the relationship with a USB wired
connection)...but after it connects, the 'looking for changes' seems to run
forever: The PC says 'looking for changes' and the iPAQ says
'synchronizing'. They do seem to be connected and talking with each other
but it takes 5-10 min and then seems to time out. Some setting is not
quite right. When in the cradle, the synch takes 10-15 seconds.

I also tried to do an IR synch, but that was even less successful.

ARE THERE ANY step;by.step guides to either wireles or IR synching?
Any suggestions as to why it just hangs up after it gets started? Or does
it just take 10+ minutes to synch...
