You should be able to format the 4GB card as FAT32 with no problem.
Likewise, it should have no problem being read by your P/PC. Windows CE can
read up to a *theoretical* 32GB FAT32 partition.

As for your digicam, that really is something that you need to direct to the
manufacture of the camera. I wouldn't have a clue honestly...
