The answer depends on what you mean by 'turn off completely'. You don't
really want to turn it off so that the device does a hard reset. I'm
guessing that you might want to turn off the phone part, so there are no
incoming calls and SMS. Then if you turn the screen off as well, nothing
should happen until it runs your wake up alarm.
You can turn the phone off manually by clicking on the reception icon and it
offers a choice to turn the phone part off. Or there's a piece of software
called Phone Snooze, which allows you to schedule the on and off times,
avoiding forgetting to turn it back on:
