You may have some water condensate due to the cold. If so, keep it in a warm, dry place for a couple of days - it should work
again. If you are using a screen protector, remove it. It could be stuck under the frame edge, putting pressure onto the
digitizer. This might work by itself. But be sure to remove it, because it will help trap moisture inside the unit. I had a
similar problem during some really humid weather last summer. It cleared up over night once I'd removed the screen protector.
