Best rich text editor for PocketPC

I wonder what the best rich text editor for pocketpc is. I would like
one with these features...
- stores documents authored in it directly and by default as standard
rtf format (no save as, export, or conversion required) and opens
desktop authored rtf files
- no conversion required at activesync either way (desktop to device
or device to desktop)
- aware of last modified documents and able to sort them accordingly
- any other useful features

Pocket Word can handle rtf, but I found that when using staroffice on
the desktop the two don't always agree on the formatting of a
document. This can be a problem because I am using formatting (heading
1, 2, 3.. etc) to structure my documents, so I thought I'll try
others.
