Hello. When I bought my IPAQ, they suggested that I upgrade to Outlook 2002
and even included one copy. I bought a second copy for my other computer.

Here is the question-- i have been using Outlook 2000 for a few years. When
i opened up that program, it would within about 10 seconds start downloading
new email. With the new 2002, it sits for many minutes, even if i try to
hit send/receive or function 5, it seems to just wait. Then after maybe 5
minutes it starts pulling down email. Has anyone else experienced this
problem? Is there something simple i am missing to make it work faster?
Thanks
Mark
