    I'm sure you will find the help you need in this forum.

    1. Have you installed MS Outlook from the companion CD included with your
    PDA? IF not you should do so and import your contact information to MS
    outlook to resolve a lot of your initial frustration.
    2. MS outlook is where you can enter appointments and synchronize this info
    between the PPC and desktop / laptop.
    3. If you look on the companion CD PDA files you should find some good
    resources in the form of user and quick start manuals.
    4. I'm sure any user new to a Palm experiences many frustrating moments
    because it is new and foreign territory. I just got my PPC in January and
    experienced a few bumps along the way but I'm a very happy customer today!
