Try getting Netfront browser from here
http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/search.jsp?go=y&rs=wsemenv
It allows popups if you really must have them. Pocket IE doesn't
support popups at all. Probably the forthcoming Opera browser will do,
or at least it'll offer as an option.
