Oh, many !

Let's begin from the fact that there are countries that don't use the same
standard dates for going into DST. Two examples of those are Israel and
Brazil. Since Microsoft couldn't preview when these countries would go into
DST, instead of giving the users the ability to check a checkbox for
deciding when they are in DST and when not, the company decided to... ignore
DST for these regions !!! Yes, PPC (and if I am not wrong also the PC) acts
just like these countries don't have DST at all.

Well, it doesn't bother me much in my PC, but since my PPC travels with me
and I need to set meetings from one region to the other, the whole thing is
completely broken at the moment my country goes into DST and until it goes
out of it.
