Windows Explorer crashes

Since I started using my 4155 and ActiveSync 3.7.1, Windows Explorer crashes
about once per minute behind whatever I may be doing on my computer at the
time--Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

If I try to send the error report to Microsoft, the error reporting software
freezes and I have to end the program through the task manager.

I can usually stop the problem by restarting my computer 2-3 times in a row.
Any one having the same issue or know how I can fix this? I have all of the
options on the Options > Schedule tab set to manual.
