Done the hard reset, and left out the applications that 'fix' things.
it was a hassle to get it synchronized, I lost USB connectivity after
I posted a few hours ago here. no loss anyway, only a few expired
appointments. played with it like that for an hour and went to bed
and now i'm at work, so i'll be testing it through the day to see
what's different.
I had to resolve an 'unknown error' this morning after the hard reset
where ActiveSync complained it could not synchronize information for
old appointments. so I went back on the iPAQ and removed yesterday's
appointments from Calendar, it seemed to fix it.
This is a strange week!
