2.For a very portable modem, why not try a Bluetooth one? Zoom makes a very
good and interesting device:

3.Last, the Think Outside Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard seems to be compatible
with h4350 (listed on their pages), and will give you more flexibility than
an IR keyboard:
