Can't send outgoing mail

Hi all

I'm new at this PDA stuff and I just can't seem to get my
mail to work properly. All my setting seem right and I
can receive mail but I can't seem to send. It trys but
then comes up with an error like 'Servier Timed Out Try
Again Later'.

I have also made sure that the authorisation when sending
outgoing mail has been ticked but either way I get the
same messeage.

Please help me it's driving me insane
